Harikesh Patel believes in responsible growth and in development that puts people first. As founder, he has guided Shuchi Group's growth, creating opportunities and supporting communities through sustainable, ethical business.
His approach has been consistent from the first trade onward: enter a business only when you understand it well enough to still be doing it in twenty years, hold it to a standard that does not move, and make sure the people around it grow as it does.
That thinking is why the group now spans gold, infrastructure, ayurveda, metals recycling and healthcare. They are very different businesses, and he holds them all to the same measure.
He remains closely involved in the group's day-to-day work.
